Two-day training at Glava Energy Center in Hillringsberg, Glava, near Arvika. Topics covered include:

  • Battery technology: different types of battery chemistry suitable for different applications.
  • Inverter impact.
  • Regulations, control, and documentation.
  • Maintenance.
  • Sizing and composition of components and systems.
  • Economics: purchasing and investment calculations, budgeting and life cycle costs, and business models.
  • Which applications provide the greatest economic benefit for which actors?

Hans Nordin, civil engineer, with extensive experience in weak power systems, both UPS and backup power. 30 years of experience as a knowledge creator/instructor. Author of several books on backup power.

Samuel Wingstedt, energy market specialist at Polarium, with extensive knowledge of system solutions and how battery storage is best utilized in terms of function and economics for plant owners.

Price and Accommodation

Course fee: 12,800 SEK excluding VAT. Members of Glava Energy Center receive a 10 percent discount on the course fee. Accommodation at the nearby Hillringsberg Manor or other accommodation options is not included in the price.
