Installation Manager

Glava Energy Center's three-day training provides increased security and competence for you who are managers for installations of solar cells. The training covers relevant laws, regulations and practices as well as practical aspects of the installation such as roof structures, loads, roof drainage, snow and wind loads, scaffolding and shading.

Background

Growth is strong in the solar energy market. The number of new installations in Sweden more than doubled (increased by 108 percent) in 2022 compared to 2021. Swedish solar production increased by over 70 percent in the period March 2022 to February 2023 compared to the previous twelve-month period.

Many companies want to enter the market at the same time as the lack of trained personnel is great. In order for the positive development to continue, both quality and competence supply need to be secured. In order for assembly, quality assurance and the work environment to function, there is a great demand for installation managers with the knowledge to carry out risk analyzes and the right skills in technology and work management.

  • Managers at solar cell installations.
