Basic installer training - Solar cells

Basic installer training is a three-day training that makes you a better installer of solar cell systems in terms of quality, economy and technology. You gain competence to carry out the practical work and a theoretical understanding of how you should do it and why. The practical training takes place in Glava Energy Center's solar park, on different types of roofs and with different mounting systems.

Interest in installing solar cells is great and the need for solar cell installers is increasing sharply in Sweden. The number of new installations more than doubled (increased by 108 percent) in Sweden in 2022 compared to 2021. 55,000 new solar energy installations were installed in 2022, resulting in a total number of nearly 147,700 installations.

Many companies want to enter the market at the same time as the lack of trained personnel is great. In order for the positive industry development to continue, both quality and the supply of skills need to be secured. Glava Energy Center's basic installer training contributes to such security, quality and stability in the industry.

Target group

Active in electricity, construction and planning. Those who work with or are in the starting pits to establish themselves in the market for solar cell installers and who want to receive a solid basic education.
