Thermography Certification

Glava Energy Center’s two-day thermography training provides a solid introduction to thermographic analysis of electrical installations up to 1000VAC – across all industries. The course combines theory with hands-on exercises and demonstrations in a real-world environment at Glava Energy Center’s test and solar park. Upon successful completion, participants receive certification according to SBF Norm 1031:3 Class 1.

Background

Electrical installations are exposed to daily stresses that can lead to overheating, component failure, and in worst cases, downtime or fire hazards. By using thermography as part of preventive maintenance, hidden faults can be detected early—before they lead to serious consequences.

Target Group

Electricians, inspectors, electrical installers, operation and maintenance personnel, and other professionals working with electrical installations who wish to use thermography as a tool for preventive maintenance.

Course Objective

After completing the course, participants will understand how thermography can be used for inspection of electrical installations, how to interpret thermal patterns, and how to identify potential faults before system failures occur. The course meets the knowledge requirements of SBF Norm 1031:3 for those who wish to become certified electrical thermographers. A certificate of completion is issued by Glava Energy Center.
