Elmia Solar 2026

Glava Energy Center is a partner of Elmia Solar – northern Europe’s shared meeting place for actors in solar energy, energy systems, storage, charging and installation. During the fair on 3–5 February 2026, we will contribute with speakers on the exhibition stages, expert lectures and the appreciated programme item Innovation Hour. You will also find us in the exhibition area Innovate at Solar, where we host our own stand.

Innovation Hour – three insights into the future of energy solutions

During Elmia Solar 2026, Glava Energy Center will host three Innovation Hour sessions highlighting startups and innovators working with smart energy management, energy security and energy storage. Each session offers a quick look at solutions that may transform how we produce, store and use energy – and creates opportunities for conversations and new connections.

Programme item: Energy security – from vulnerability to self-sufficiency

What does it take to keep the electricity system running when the unexpected happens? In a lecture followed by a panel discussion, Magnus Nilsson, CEO of Glava Energy Center, will show how local production, storage, digitalisation and cross-sector collaboration can strengthen both resilience and competitiveness. The session highlights concrete examples and practical choices for building a robust and flexible energy system.

Programme item: Energy communities – economically, democratically and socially sustainable

How can property owners produce and share local solar power – and which business models and control systems make it possible? Oliver Ingwall King, project manager at Glava Energy Center, provides an introduction to energy sharing, digital control technology and the policy changes needed in Sweden. The session offers a clear overview of how energy communities can strengthen sustainability and create value for both households and the energy sector.
