Why do we collect personal data?

When do we collect personal data?

The collection of personal data can take place in different ways. This happens, for example, when you visit our website and when you register via the website or social media channels for our digital and physical events or trainings and digital newsletters.

For monitoring and reporting on gender equality at the project level (to what extent publicly funded project activities reach women and men respectively), we may sometimes also need to collect voluntary data on gender.

When you visit our website, we use cookies. Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may contain an anonymous unique identifier. You will find more information about how we treat cookies in our cookie policy.

How long do we save the data?

We only save personal data for as long as there is a need to save it, i.e. until the purpose for the collection has been fulfilled.
