CIRIS – Interregional Circularity in Central Scandinavia
The three-year project CIRIS (Interregional Circularity in Central Scandinavia) aims to enhance research and innovation capacity in Värmland and Innlandet by developing circular industrial value chains. Glava Energy Center is the project owner and leads the initiative together with Swedish partners Karlstad University, Arvika Näringslivscentrum, and the Norwegian project owner Vaager Innovasjon AS.

GränsEnergi is generating innovative solutions for the future of energy supply
The three-year project GränsEnergi aims to develop local energy communities for residential and industrial areas in the border region of Värmland, Dalarna, Innlandet, and Akershus. Glava Energy Center is the project owner and leads the initiative together with Swedish partners Karlstad University and Dalarna Science Park, and Klosser Innovasjon is the Norwegian project leader in collaboration with Fornybar Utvikling.

Innovite – Connecting Key Sectors in the Energy Transition
Through Innovite, actors in electricity, heating, industry, real estate and digitalisation are brought together to address some of the most pressing challenges in the energy system – such as limited grid capacity, uneven electricity production and growing demands for system robustness. The project aims to improve the conditions for collaboration, innovation and testing of solutions that can contribute to a smarter, more flexible and resilient energy system in Värmland and Sweden. Innovite is funded by the Swedish Energy Agency.

Local Energy Governance Värmland
The three-year project "Local Energy Governance Värmland" (LOKEN) aims to support the energy transition in municipalities across Värmland, test smart energy solutions, and create a new regional collaboration platform for academia, industry, and public sector stakeholders. Glava Energy Center is leading the project in partnership with Karlstad University. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and Region Värmland.

Solar Research Center Sweden SOLVE
The national competence center SOLVE, Solar Research Center Sweden, is a multi-year research and innovation initiative coordinated by Uppsala University. The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration between industry, the public sector, and academia. Glava Energy Center is one of the partners.
